Schnitzels are cut from the top or flat side of the pig. They are lean, cook quickly and are ideal for a light meal.

1. Seasoning and searing
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat butter or oil and fry on high heat until golden brown crust forms.

2. Yarn
2-3 minutes per side is enough. Then let it rest briefly.

Serve with lemon, hunting sauce, fries and salad.
