1. Seasoning and searing
Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Heat a frying pan with butter or oil on medium heat. Brown the pork chop on both sides.
2. Yarn
Cook for 6-8 minutes per side with the lid on the pan, so that the meat cooks evenly and remains juicy.
3. Serving
Serve with baked potatoes, apple sauce or a fresh salad. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
