1. Seasoning and searing
Season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs. Briefly fry the meat.
2. Yarn
Cook the lamb neck fillet slowly at a low temperature (150°C) for 3-4 hours.
*The cooking time is an indication and depends on the thickness of the piece of meat.
3. Serving
Perfect for stews or pulled lamb. Serve with warm flatbread and a fresh yoghurt sauce for a Middle Eastern twist
