1. Seasoning and searing
Season the lamb chops with salt, pepper and possibly garlic or rosemary. Heat a pan with a dash of oil and fry the chops on high heat until they get a golden brown crust.
2. Yarn
Cook the lamb chops for about 2-3 minutes* per side for a pink result. For a more well-done result, you can cook them a little longer, but make sure the meat remains tender.
*The cooking time is an indication and depends on the thickness of the piece of meat.
3. Serving
Lamb chops are delicious with side dishes such as grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes or a fresh salad. They pair well with garlic, mint or red wine sauces for an extra dimension of flavour.
