Chicken chops are pieces of chicken thigh or leg with bone, sometimes with a piece of back attached. They have a strong flavor and remain juicy because of the bone.

1. Seasoning and searing
Season generously with pepper, salt, garlic and rosemary or a marinade of your choice. Fry on high heat in butter or oil until the outside is brown.

2. Yarn
Then cook for 20–30 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan or in the oven (180 °C) until the meat comes away from the bone. Core temperature: ± 75 °C.

3. Serving
Delicious with gravy, mashed potatoes and vegetables, or with a fresh salad and bread. Also good to use in stews.
