Veal stew meat - cubes

100% Veal

1. Seasoning and searing
Season generously with salt, pepper and possibly a touch of nutmeg. Fry in small batches for a good crust, then add vegetables such as celery, onion and carrot.

2. Yarn
Simmer in stock, white wine or cream sauce for 2-3 hours until buttery soft. Do not stir too often in between.

3. Serving
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes or rice. Add a dash of cream or a knob of butter at the end for extra shine.
