1. Seasoning and searing
Already marinated. Remove from refrigerator and let come to room temperature. Sear all around in hot pan.

2. Yarn
4-5 minutes per side is sufficient. Then let it rest briefly.

3. Serving
Serve with pasta, tomato sauce, rocket and Parmesan cheese.
