Tenderloin steak is cut from the back of the pig, with a piece of pork tenderloin in it — the most tender part of the pig. Due to its fine structure and lean character, it is a popular piece of meat for quick, luxurious preparations.

1. Seasoning and searing
Lightly season with salt and pepper. Heat the pan well and fry briefly on high heat for a nice crust.

2. Yarn
Bake for 3-5 minutes per side. Do not overcook to prevent drying out. Let rest before serving.

3. Serving
Delicious with a mushroom sauce, grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes.
