Marinated lamb chops are cut from the ribs of the lamb, close to the back, from grass-fed lambs. They are seasoned with a delicate marinade of herbs and spices that give the tender meat extra depth and character. Thanks to the perfect balance of meat and fat, they remain juicy and full of flavour when grilled or fried. A tasty choice for those looking for that little bit extra.

1. Seasoning and searing
There is no need to season the lamb chops, we have already marinated the chops with salt, pepper, garlic and various herbs such as dill, rosemary, tarragon and parsley.
Heat a pan with a dash of oil and fry the chops over a high heat until they have a golden brown crust.
2. Yarn:
Cook the lamb chops for about 2-3 minutes* per side for a pink result. For a more well-done result, you can cook them a little longer, but make sure the meat remains tender.
*The cooking time is an indication and depends on the thickness of the piece of meat.
3. Serving
Lamb chops are delicious with side dishes such as grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes or a fresh salad. They pair well with garlic, mint or red wine sauces for an extra dimension of flavour.
