1. Seasoning and searing
Marinate or season with paprika powder, garlic, honey or soy sauce. Grill, bake or roast in the oven or on the barbecue.

2. Yarn
Bake or roast for ± 35 minutes at 180 °C, turning regularly and brushing with marinade. Check if the meat is coming away from the bone.

3. Serving
Delicious with fries, salad, couscous or in a picnic basket. Serve with a dip such as garlic sauce or barbecue sauce.
