Drummets are the first segment of the chicken wing, which looks like a mini drumstick. Juicy, small and ideal as a snack or for the barbecue.

1. Seasoning and searing
Marinate in a mixture of oil, garlic, lemon or chili sauce. Let it soak for at least an hour. Bake on high heat or grill in the oven or on the BBQ.

2. Yarn
Roast in the oven at 200 °C or bake on medium heat for ± 25–30 minutes. Turn regularly until golden brown and cooked through.

3. Serving
Serve with chili sauce, garlic sauce or blue cheese dip. Perfect as a snack, side dish or appetizer.
