Carpaccio misto consists of thin steak slices marinated in an oil base with garlic and garden herbs. This carpaccio is not served raw, but briefly fried like a steak. Perfect for those who love a tender, tasty steak with a Mediterranean twist.

1. Seasoning and searing

No extra seasoning is needed thanks to the marinade. Let the meat come to room temperature. Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the steaks on high heat briefly on both sides until they are nicely browned.

2. Yarn

Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness. Let rest briefly.

3. Serving

Serve warm with a salad of rocket and radicchio, parmesan cheese and a drizzle of balsamic cream. Also delicious on a sandwich or as part of a main course with roasted vegetables. Serve as a starter with parmesan cheese, toasted pine nuts and a few drizzles of balsamic cream.
